github has a few downloader apps. however due to the changes to the onlyfans website, you have to jerry-rig a login script code onto the downloader app, so read directions carefully, its not hard per say, as long as you have a bit of follow thru.

As of about Nov 2021, Downie for Mac can bulk download pics from OF. Videos download too but not necessarily in bulk.

Recommend some of the python scripts you van find on Github.  Alternatively, I've used 1DM and 1DM+ in the past from my android phone to download photos and videos.
