Unfortunately this one is acutely relevant to me right now. Any advice?

Delete social media for a while, go to the gym, eat healthier. Control what you can control.

+1 for controlling what you can control.

Life can feel like it's spiraling out of your hands and it's helpful to do things that help you feel grounded.

I like to throw myself into working on personal projects or something I may have put off before due to time constraints, being productive helps me feel better.

Meeting other people tbh. You can occupy yourself with activities and keep busy to distract yourself, but best way to move forward is replacing what's no longer there

Chocolate. And lots of it. Jokes aside, being around people who care about you and you care about helps like friends and family. Going online can help but the people there don’t always know you so it gives false validation.

Control the things you know are in your hands still, and really dont try and look at old pictures or texts. It seems like it helps at the time, but it puts you in a helpless cycle. staay strong man.
