Bosses
#1
Maybe I'm just paranoid or something, but I have this one manager who kinda just ruins my whole workday if he's here. He's really nice and super lenient but for some reason it seems like when it comes it me, I'm always just sort of a write off to him. He almost always gives me my lunch an hour late if he's here, I get sent off to do random shit that's not technically my job, it's kind of driving me wild. Idk if it's on purpose cause for other Managers, my lunch is normal and my day is consistent. And it's not like they're reaching me anything new or useful

Has it always been this way? You can try asking for a transfer if your current work/workload isn't under your role responsibilities

power tripping maybe? a lot of bosses aren't good leaders, just gotta accept that fact. you can tell when someone is a good leader when they work hard alongside even the least payed workers/ how they treat their colleagues . if its not your career job, take it for what it is and just try to gain as much as you can personally/ skill wise and move on when the time comes. best of luck.
