It feels really bad losing 10 credits and a chunk of contributor level, especially when you report it and it is removed.  

I reported a link that was broken and it's since been removed and re-uploaded by the upload bot. It would be great to get a "free" link to the re-uploaded content, or a refund of the original loss? 

However I appreciate this would be difficult to manage - but just my feedback!
