Calisthenics recommendations
#1
I don't have much time lately and I wanted to do some physical activity as complete as possible. Do you know if calisthenics is a good option or is it necessary to complement it with something?

It depends on your overall goal. Calisthenics is great for people who don't have much time because it really doesn't require equipment until you get to more advanced stages. If your goal is just to cut weight and tone a bit of muscle then yeah 100% it's great. If you want to look like a bodybuilder, then you may want to supplement. There are calisthenic athletes who have insane physiques but you'd never know if they had a shirt on. It's awsome for body control and even strength (when comparing the ratio of strength to size). I started off with calisthenics and later incorporated weight training (I'm ~ 230lbs at ~25% body fat, not ripped but I'm fairly big and you can tell it's mostly muscle.). I also have a degree in Biochemistry, in case you doubt the veracity of my statements.

I’ll add by saying that Calisthenics is a great way to get in shape from home. I would add cardio two to three times a week to keep your heart healthy.
