So I found this method to get Call of Duty - Modern Warfare Beta. I don't know if it still works but yesterday it did


Make a new PSN acc, on your phone or PC, at one point you enter the profile screen on your device, go to PSN Profile and set Country to SAUDI ARABIA and
the Postcode 13311, now switch to your PS4 log in go to the store and download the beta (must have your Ps4 as Primary).

The same thing happened last year with BO4 where beta became available for a short amount of time.
