That message indicates that you are not logged in.

Are you using Safari in Private mode ? Because then each new tab opens a new session and you need to log in separately, which is different to chrome.

Haven’t had any other users complain, so please help me debug this for you.

Yes is it iOS safari in private mode and opening new tabs, but it usually retains the login. Maybe a browser bug
