My first account got closed so I am trying to open another.  They keep getting closed what do I do?! 

At first going to the site in a browser immediately gave the "your account has been terminated" message, I figured there was some cookie saved in my browser so I cleared them and uninstalled the app.  That let me get further in the process, I opened an account that lasted a few days.  Today I redownloaded the app, after a few minutes the new account was closed.  Are there other files left behind by the app I need to delete?  Has anyone gotten around this before? Thanks
