I made a career pivot from working as a biotech labrat to working in B2B sales last year and I'm pretty happy with the work life balance and pay right now but I live in a tech hub  and always wondered if I should make another pivot into programming. 

Is this worth the pivot? What's the easiest way to dive into the industry? Any tips and tricks?
