Charles tends to get hurt by his opponents and comes close to losing, despite coming out with the win. Khabib is far more dominant in his performances, with a record that speaks for itself. If they fought, I think Khabib's physical strength and grappling experience would overwhelm whatever technical advantages Oliveira may have.
