So I know a lot of drinkers but absolutely no one likes Chinese liquor.

"Bai jiu" brands - Mao Tai, Wu Liang Ye, ErGuoTou

Very acquired taste, almost tastes like paint the first time I tried it. Find it very complex now.

Anyone tried it?

I like Japanese Sake, Geikkekan (sp?) once in a while instead of regular wine/beer/vodka.
