Trying to build up my resume and I really wanna add some experience with coding. What are some good bootcamps or certificate programs that might be good to try out for some resume padding.

I'm used sololearn, linkedin certifications.

Hello,
There is the openclassroom which is great for learning and their certificates could pad your resume.
I recommend you do some hackerrank and leetcode to put your profiles in your resume.
But what people really want to see too is a github link to your projects. That way, it would show that you are able to work with git, libs, and more.

Not sure what kind of level you are looking for but for basics, you can try codecademy.
Most certificates dont mean anything for coding these days, maybe except for aws,gcp,azure certificates for devops stuff.
If you just want intro level stuff for your resume, you can try coursera
