Looking to get an espresso machine that doesn't use coffee capsules.  Any recommendations?

I dont have any recommendations myself, but i've been following James Hoffman on youtube recently and I find his videos very informative. His experience and understanding of coffee making are truly exceptional and I'd suggest taking a look at his review videos. They are very in-depth (maybe deeper than you need or care about) and he maybe come off as pretentious, but i think its definitely worth a look.

Ever tried or thought about getting a machine to make turkish coffee?its kinda similar to an espresso and delicious.

I don't do espresso but Ive been big on the coffee in quarantine
