Anyone know what is the range difference in overall between a 3 star v 4 star v 5 star?  Are gems just signifying whether a player has better dev traits or does it also mean a player could have a higher overall?

The higher their stats, the higher potential they have as they develop. Theres not a strict # for how much higher their overall is. A 5 is much better than a 4. The gems just indicate that they’re stats are higher than most at that ranking.

Ah ok.  Yeah I saw a YT video of some guy saying that a 4 star gem will be a higher OVR in later years than a 5 star “bust”, and that the 5 star bust just has better base stats.  Wanted to check the validity.
