Should we reform them? Get rid of them? Keep them as they are?

Obviously, they've come to the forefront since the whole Britney Spears thing.

I mean for the most part I think theyre good things. Theyre to protect the assests of mentally unstable people or people who can no longer take care of themselves. Think of like a senile bedridden millionaire. Without a conservatorship you get the case back inthe 90s where that old guy married that playboy model anna nicole smith.

So like in principal they are good but probably need reform, because unfortunatly where there is money there is abuse.

How *do* you reform them, though? At what point can you determine what mentally unstable is too much?
