Definatelly Carnage. There's just something about that chaotic energy he brings. Gives me the chills since I was a kid and I love it, it's super scarry, cool and senseless. I remember watching the '90s Spider-Man TV series and loving the Carnage saga and reading a lot of The Web of Spider-Man issues with Venom and Carnage.
