We all know how youtube has been overtaken by companies in the last years, do you think the same is possible for twitch, if big broadcasters came to twitch and the news, tv shows and stuff all on twitch?

Oh yeah it is absolutely possible, especially with the DCMA and forced pre-rolls I think twitch is on its way to be like that.
