I know country isn't the trendy genre of music like pop and hip hop/trap. However, I love country more than either and think it's tremendously underrated. Why do think country flies under the radar at least relative to the more popular genres?

Country is probably the most controlled music there is right now. And it's only marketed to those that are hardcore country fans because it doesn't have a following outisde of country. It's just one of those genres that appeals to one group and that's it. And country music is still shit.

Johnny Cash was the only country music artist worth a damn.
