The news of the 90% effectiveness rate for the Pfizer vaccine is very welcome news and could be a gamechanded for the pandemic. If the next wave of trials is successful, we could be in a good position to start protecting the population by mid year next year. If we do, will the pandemic be behind us or more difficulties to come?

Getting everyone vaccinated will take time and we have to hope that it doesn't mutate to a point where the vaccine doesn't work. All that being said, I'm hopefully we start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel by june
