Yeah I'm a noob as well and I am positive CL but still too low apparently. 0-100 seems like a really big range considering with each thread I made I only got +5

Yes once your Contributor level gets high enough you will be able to access the link that you have already purchased.

The level changes depending on the server stress level/number of online users etc. Generally between 0 -100 minimum
