What’s the best built custom computer that’s cheap. I can’t spend 3000 dollars but I’m willing to spend for 1500 or 2000. Any suggestions.

Sounds very difficult to make such a thing but some people have experimented with it.

But personally i think that it is possible with  a huge team of developers and engineers.

It might not blow you away but it should work
