Regular old, medium crust I guess? Thin is too...unfilling. Deep-dish is a scam, even people in Chicago don't like deepdish. The cheese is too hot, etc. etc.

This is going to come as a shock to people...but New Jersey has the best pizza in the USA.

I was skeptical when someone first told me about, but it's kind of the consistency of New York pizza...but they put a little spin on it - after the pizza is out of the oven they put a light sprinkling of garlic powder over the entire pizza.

Try it at home. It's a gmae changer. Try it as soon as you can.
