They commonly do.  Some performers might have multiple shoots in a single day.  For a competitive industry there is significant pressure to have few delays in filming.  There are also IV options that are supposedly popular because of their efficacy.

"Stamina" can be aided, a more important skill is being able to ejaculate on command for that final crucial shot.  Which is why it's not uncommon for some performers to jack themselves off to completion, that's how they switch between the two modes.

I mean I would imagine to last all day all the time is has to be used. I guess the more interesting question would be how much and how often? It would have to take a toll and build a tolerance like everything else I imagine.
