Maybe real is the wrong word if they are sports? Smile

Anyway esports are gaining prominence, but I don't know if we will ever see an esports event like the World Cup. I mean, we have EVO, but it's not on the same scale.

What does everyone else think? I feel this is a good BBS with interesting people, looking to hear from you!

I dont think esports will ever be as popular as irl sports but I will say that esports will become a huge industry in the future. With the way things are headed esports might be an alternative to irl sports but it will never overtake it.
