Most of the video content i view (apart from porn) tends to be on Youtube, Netflix and Amazon. However, do people still watch regular TV networks? We have endless choice is this a good thing or is it too fragmented?

I mostly watch TV for some nostalgia TV shows. But other than that just news.
I mostly just stick to YouTube and Netflix
One good thing would be that we dont have to watch 30 minute long ads anymore
