Generally thought Season 1 was slow and dragged on but season 2 picked and really started to enjoy it! Cant wait till season 3! 

But in the meantime, any recommendations on something similar to watch?

Sense8 may not be the show you want, but it is the show you need. The show everyone needs. The show that might solve humanity’s problems in one fell swoop. Okay fine, it won’t do that. But it’s the closest I’ve ever seen a far-reaching piece of art come to it.

Have you try Gotham? I feel like it's quite similiar with Umbrella Academy but with darker atmosphere.

@seventhveil7 - Yep its worth watching. Season 1 introduces the background of the characters and their relationships but builds the foundation for season 2. I personally found it dragged on in some areas. Season 2 is more fun and fast paced. Aidan Gallagher who plays Number 5 is plays his character so well and hes hilarious!
