So I have recently landed my dream job and the pay is great, however, now I've got here it's not as amazing as I thought it would be. The Hype was bigger than the actual acheiving. Have any of you guys had the same scenerio??

The dream job is to be your own boss making that dough. Office drama and bad bosses are what kill dream jobs. I suspect that's part of your situation, OP.

I think dreams jobs are not a thing. You can do something you enjoy, but it Will Become more like work Every passing Day. I think variation is very important
