I have been watching so many classic cartoons and movies on disney plus its been insane (lockdown boredom)

and i stumble across the new ducktales show. its not too bad however it pales in comparrison to the original.

what do you think? old or new? do i have rose tinted nostalgia goggles on?

I think you said it yourself the rose tinted nostalgia glasses make you a biased judge in favor of the old one

As a zoomer myself who didn't grow up with the original Duck Tales the new one just oozes more style in my opinion, I enjoy both series but I don't think there is a large quality difference in the writing quality of the shows so I have to judge based on style over substance

And unfortunately I just  like the new one more

 I like both. both have strong points, and as they are both on the same streaming service just watch and enjoy both
