Effective evening wind down routine

Lately I’ve been trying to get a little healthier, mentally and physically. Something that’s helped pretty dramatically is dialling in my evening routine. Try to eat 3-4 hours before bed and no later. Also trying to make sure to exercise in sunlight to get my circadian rhythm right. Highly recommend.

A shower before bed helps me sleep and puts me in a good mood when i wake up
