I don't know if you guys have heard this news. But porn star Emily Willis is in a vegetative coma, and her parents have made it clear that we shouldn't get our hopes up for her recovery. But beyond that I couldn't find any news.

There is no real information on the cause.

I wonder if this means that if she wakes up at all, she might be mentally and physically disabled?

Yeah, I posted a similar thread in the VIP forum (I think...). The recent good news is that she has waken up from her coma, but is still not in good shape. Her parents want to move her to Utah to be closer to them.  Among other sites that has this news:

People rarely recover from comas caused by brain damage. It's almost certain that she will be severely disabled and very likely that she will be in a vegetative state for the rest of her life.

Cardiac arrest at 25 is pretty uncommon, especially without some known underlying condition. Life is short and very fragile.
