Excersize during the pandemic

Jow have you guys been talimg care of yourselves during the pandemic? I know a lot of people have had it rough with gyms closing down.

I just bought some dumbbells which should keep me busy at least but doing cardio without a machine inside your house is hard.

Maybe burpees or jump roping?

Diet and small exercises have kept my body somewhat okay. I've been doing my best to stop stress eating and I guess the exercise kinda keeps me sane

Calisthenics and cutting down my daily meals from 3 to 2. However, my gym just opened back up so it's back on the grind.

I think body weight exercises are a good way to get some regular exercise
