I have gotten into bad habits since school has started up again but over summer I lost almost a stone and the way that I did it was by walking and running in the evening, walking in the morning too, weights, cardio and HIIT workouts, I was doing a lot of exercise daily and I think that you need to get a decent balance of morning and evening exercise and also a good source of protein, whether you are looking at bulking or cutting a good amount of exercise and protein lots of it.
