Whenever I do choose to drink protein shakes or something I’d usually just take like a 1(1/2) scoop and eat chicken breast, broccoli, rice (the typical) since I really like it. As for how much I tapped when i am and am not lifting it doesn’t change. I’ve always been really horny ever since 5th grade lol.
