I definitely count this as one, Guitar Hero. I have played through a lot of the GH games and beaten most, my favorite being 4. I haven't beaten the hard hard songs like Jordan or Through the Fire and Flames but I just love the stories and the character creation in 4 and I'd like to think I'm pretty good at it

I played guitar hero/rock band soooo much in middle/high school but Green Day rock band specifically is prob my favorite. Way too much time and fun put into that one

Bullets Per Minute is very fun. For a pure rhythm game though, either Mai Mai or Sound Voltex are top tier, but they are Japanese Arcade games only afaik. I was never really a fan of Guitar Hero/Rock Band.

The Rhythm Heaven games have a really cool art style and a lot of good songs too
