Hades is a fun one. I'd recommend disgaea but I dont think it's for everyone. Moonlighter is also good. Tbf, a lot of indie games are great so u may want to try those

Any of the open world games for switch are really good

Monster Hunter Generations has a very solid switch port. Mario Odyssey is also very good.
