I used to upgrade my gpu all the time. It seemed like multiple times a year the gpu market would be hit with a new technology. However, I got to the point where I wasn't seeing any benefit from the repeated upgrades. Has the market experienced any substantial improvements in the last few years? Would I be wasting my time if I pursued research for an upgrade?
