Personally i'd say: Spirited away, Porco rosso and Laputa - Castle in the sky and Kiki delivery service. Honestly all his movies are incredibly good

grave of the fireflies if you're ready for a hard hitting emotional movie. that movie really moved me and i would recommend it to anyone
