I've played The Binding of Isaac probably more than any other video game, so that always gets my vote. I also enjoy Spelunky and Hades. If you like deck building roguelites then Slay the Spire is the best. Monster Train is similar to Slay the Spire and also very good.

hades is a really good one but there is always the binding of isaac that never gets old

Hades, Everspace, Void Bastards, I highly recommend checking out a youtuber named Splattercat, he displays a ton of indie games and many of them are more often than not roguelikes in some form
