In terms of RPGs you can get the first two Witchers on Mac, as well as The Elder Scrolls Online, World of Warcraft, and a bunch of indies.

You are not an honorable Mac gamer until you get an emulator my friend. Search for OpenEMU, it's what I use, free emulator software that lets you play any retro game imaginable, just google the ROM of the game you want to play and download it. I replayed pokemon emerald for the Gameboy advance as well as NES Tetris for the NES all on my laptop. The boundaries are limitless once you get an emulator, it will change you.
