Good place for fashion advice?
#1
I'm not looking to become the best dressed man of the nation but I have a hard time with fashion and want to learn some more.
I almost always go with what's comfy and would like to dress better. "fancy" clothes get expansive fast however and I would like to have a better idea of what would work before spending too much.
Anyone have a recommendation?

r/malefashionadvice is a good place to start. And r/goodyearwelt for leather footwear.

No, no, no don't go to reddit for ANYTHING hahaha that's horrible advice. Go a real men's store. Somewhere that isn't just all off the rack. They'll have sale guys that will get you up to speed. Expensive is relative as quality and timeless pieces last and as such, end up being cheaper in the long run. There's some general rules to know. Do's and don'ts. Look at some books and magazines the same as anything else.
