Hey man, if ur looking to spend 500 for each part(im guessing for cpu and gpu), your pc may cost you around 1200/1300$.
What i recomend you is to search on yt some pcs around that value and you can use the website pcpartpicker.com.

For a quick response:
For 800$ total you can build:

Ryzen 5 7500F - 170$
RX 7600 8GB - 270$
OR
RTX 3060 12GB - 280$
Any coller around - 20/50$ (i really like the Deepcool ak400)
any b650 motherboard - 150/190$
16gb or 32gb Ram - 70$|110$
1t fast ssd (memory) - 60/100$
Power suply 600/700W 80+ Gold full modular - 100$
Any Case you like, that is ATX - 80/120$

if you really want to spend 500$ for each cpu and gpu:
CPU: i9 14900K ~= 540$
or Ryzen 9 7950X3D ~= 564$
or Ryzen 7 7800X3D ~= 345$
GPU(there isnt any "good" gpu for 500$ for this type of pc so):
RTX 4070 12 GB ~= 600$
RX 7800XT ~= 600$
if u spenf less on CPU:
RTX 4080 SUPER ~= 1000$
