1. Suggestion is a section for guides, either staff made or user made. Show users how to download images/videos from certain sites. Where to upload said content. ect..

2. Merge some of the tabs like forum info and discussion into one tab. Website doesn't flow like a normal forum would. I'm finding myself going back and forth a lot.

Another idea is to have the ability to edit post/thread titles.

That is something that will not happen for a while I'm afraid.

We have has (a lot) of issues in the past, where users add in very, shall we just say, unsavoury things, after thread were approved.

This was disabled for users for that reason.

What about making it possible for users after they hit a certain post count and/or upgraded accounts?

I can understand disabling cause of people changing post after approval. Is there a post history on admin side, where you can see what the user changed.

Yes there is. Upgraded members are able to do it because this is cause for getting banned. Anyone can make a smurf account but losing paid access is a deterrent.
