It was deserved. I think it was fair game. Lewis had also had multiple instances of the FIA supporting him. Just this one wasn't his lucky day

Controversial I think, the stewards made the opposite decision (overlapping on safety car) on a prior race, so I understand why Mercedes team is upset.

Can't have Hamilton winning too many titles, so they fucked around with the race.

I agree with rotmos3. It was all about the hype and in the moment they didn't realise that they basically gave the win to Max. They were possibly pressured by the networks to put on a good show.

yeah, exactly. Will be interesting to see if the stewards are as "hands on" next season as they were this season. Due to all the negative feedback from fans and drivers.
