I never heard of it before but after watching it i think its the most morbid film i have ever seen. It truly is disturbing knowing this is what will eventually happen to the human race when nuclear bombs start going off. No other film has that connection with reality. It really is an incredible film in its own way.

I watched that film. The premise behind it was twofold: that a worldwide nuclear exchange was for full destruction of the world as we know it/not for WWIII, and that Britain itself was not prepared for a nuclear exchange/nuclear winter. It was a bleak scenario, but I think it was made to be overly dramatic.
