I wonder if it will mean that because he's outed he cant go home or if he's traveling through the multiverse and can't make it back. Maybe it's because the sinister 6 are after him and he wont be able to go anywhere since he keeps coming across them? Either way the best thing with spiderman is that no matter the story and how insanely powerful he is there is always that threat that he wont make it or that he gets beaten within an inch of being able to survive. It's a really nice thing to see.
