Have you tried NoFap?
#1
Typically I'm not someone who believes or follows a cult blindly, however I try No Nut November every year since 2017 and will do this year, and I really do think the benefits arent a placebo.

I tested NoFap out again during the pandemic for over a month and the benefits all came back (more energy, more testosterone, higher attraction with women etc). Do any of you guys have any success stories with NoFap?

I really do feel like it's not all bs. Sometimes I attempt it and then fall back within a week or so and then try to keep going again. During these intervals, even though they might only be a week, I feel a lot better and I don't think it's just placebo. Some benefits I could think of are less dopamine peaks because of porn, causing more balanced levels of happiness. I guess you could compare it to eating sugar over slow carbohydrates, you get a peak which feels good but it makes the bottoms a lot more noticeable. Steady energy levels feel way better. Furthermore, I think it would save me lots of time and help keep my head clear. As I said, I'm definitely not an expert in this field and some NoFap evangelist cause I still struggle with it myself, but let's try keeping it going for longer and longer!

Not particularly a nofap evangelist either - but as testosterone is a natural signaling hormone, the higher energy, increased desirability etc make alot of sense, and there are plenty of studies around that show that sexual activity usually gives a boost to testosterone, unless it's masturbation which tends to severely decrease testosterone

Yeah, I've tried this.
Really clears your mind, but sometimes you can become extrahorny for no reason.

Definitely better results in bed when not having been regularly desensitizing yourself.

It is definitely just a placebo effect that internet weirdos have for bizarre reasons attached some kind of virtue to.
