did you search the place or website you downloaded said file from? usually there is the password somewhere

Theres a program called john the ripper that could help you, it's pretty difficult to use but there's loads of youtube videos on it.

can also recommend john the ripper.
it takes a lot less time than you'd expect to brute force the password on a zip, as people generally set it to dictionary words.
