Help gaining muscle?

Attempting to bulk for the next two months  before I begin shred. I’m trying to gain at least 10-15 pounds in that time. I’m hoping to put on more muscle than fat. Anyone have any tips or tricks with dieting and or workout programs they might of done is the past?

Are you on a calorie surplus?
You need more protein and carbs to gain more mass. Try going above you daily maintenance calorie intake. You can use My Fitness Pal to track your calories.

I’ve been forcing myself to eat more but haven’t been keeping track. That’s a good idea I’ll get the app.

If you wanna gain muscles try training close to failure each muscle group do only 2 sets

Definitely recommend getting yourself a food scale. I bought one that shows nutrition facts for what you're weighing too. That and an app to log everything.
