Im not sure if I'm looking it right but there's isnt seemed to be many pure horror anime out there without other genre mixed in. Sure there are elements of horror in many anime. But that's not what I'm talking about. Have you watched any where the main focus is horror . Few that i have watched and recommend-

Mononoke

Horror and anime doesn't really seem to be a thing in my opinion. Nothing ever really creeps me out or even jumpscares me at the least in anime and that could be because these are still shows meant for teenagers and children.

Read manga instead. The medium lends itself to have more horrifying moments sometimes.
