How do you handle a break up?
#1
What are tricks/tips/experiences?

#2
Get a rebound, date other people. That's the best trick.

#3
My go-to is playing video games and working out in the gym. Swimming is also really good.

#4
Cry it out privately. Then, once it's out, go on with your life, and don't look at your ex's socials. Put all the shit she gave you away, including stuff you associate with her. Ignore her texts. And do what Ruvick said for exercise. That will help a lot.

Just try to move on with life, get out and work on yourself

#6
By being a man, a breakup is a breakup, not the end of the world as many believe it to be.

#7
Settle your mind that this breakup is a fact
remove all pictures/links with your ex
Sort out the cause of the break up(your problem, her problem, the world's problem, her auntie's problem...)
Move on to find someone that doesn't have that problem

What SSLLEE said. You must approach this logically, because your heart is gonna lie to you, unless you get it in line. Use your brain, control your emotions, and follow the advice given here.

#9
Change your mind, go out with friends, be active, get her/him out of your head.

Arrow Any like will be much much appreciated guys. Cheers ! Sick

If OP cannot think logically, you just need to think again in your post nut clarity mode...work really great most of the time..

OP might still be in the crying stage of things, which means he won't be able to get it up, even with a vacuum cleaner. Once he's got it out, then he'll be able to fap.

Doing whatever you usually do when you were not with him/her like reading books, watching movies/series, playing computer games. Also don't ever think of you getting back with the person, this usually ends up on you getting back with them then getting hurt again (have seen close friends went through this).
